BIPOCANN Cannabis Advocacy. Connecting brands and professionals, service providers and business owners.

Impact Partnership Program

Through its Impact Partnership Program, BIPOCann works with entities in the public and private sectors to increase equity, representation, and economic opportunities for BIPOC and underrepresented communities in the cannabis industry.

Together, our teams will develop and execute initiatives with real social impact based on data-driven insights to the communities we serve. In this capacity, BIPOCann can act as an outsourced program/project manager to activate turn-key or custom initiatives that support your team’s internal diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) or external corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals.

Impact partnerships can be narrowly or broadly focused in scope. (Examples of social impact focus areas: business ownership, workforce development, vendor & supply chain diversity, business mentorship, technical assistance, talent acquisition, record expungement / re-entry services).

Pease contact ernest@bipocann.com to discuss your impact partnership interests.

The Cannabis Business Office (CBO) within the Colorado Office of Economic Development & International Trade (OEDIT), has  partnered with BIPOCann to manage a 15-week mentorship program to assist small business winners of the Cannabis Business Pilot Grant.
